Qualifications

• Pharmacist license active in the state where the store is located.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) must be active.
• Not listed on DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills with patients and colleagues.
• Ensure accurate prescription labeling and patient safety.
• Provide patient counseling and immunization services where permitted.
