CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support patient care and ensure safe, compliant pharmacy operations. You will assist the Pharmacy Manager, supervise support staff, and uphold high standards of service for customers and patients.

You will lead with accuracy in dispensing, manage inventory, and participate in patient care programs to improve outcomes in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and assist the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee inventory, workflow and customer service.
• Contribute to profitability and loss prevention.
• Support patient care programs to improve health outcomes.
