Job description

We are actively hiring a Staff Pharmacist for an 8-week contract position. This is a daytime role in a long-term care (LTC) mail order environment.

Position details:
Location: Indiana
Setting: LTC Mail Order
Term: 8-week Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday, Days (9:30am 6:00pm), rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information, maintaining controlled medication and required documentation
Interact with physicians and utilize reference material to gain information on customers and prescriptions and to resolve any issues that arise

Requirements:
Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Indiana
Prior LTC experience preferred
Experience with Parata automation preferred
