Qualifications
Pharmacists must pass a background check and drug screen.
Possess a valid pharmacist license in Ohio.
Immunization Certified per OAC 4729-5-36 requirements.
Certification for basic life support procedures required.
Responsibilities
Practice pharmacy per ORC Chapter 4729 and laws.
Identify and fulfill customer requirements.
Manage store operations including staff scheduling.
Fill, check, and dispense prescriptions accurately.
Prepare liquid medicines and check dosages.
Store and preserve sensitive medications.
Maintain pharmacy records and inventories.
Provide immunization services and counseling.
