Qualifications

• Pharmacists must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Possess a valid pharmacist license in Ohio.
• Immunization Certified per OAC 4729-5-36 requirements.
• Certification for basic life support procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Practice pharmacy per ORC Chapter 4729 and laws.
• Identify and fulfill customer requirements.
• Manage store operations including staff scheduling.
• Fill, check, and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Prepare liquid medicines and check dosages.
• Store and preserve sensitive medications.
• Maintain pharmacy records and inventories.
• Provide immunization services and counseling.
• Conduct Medication Therapy Management.
