Base pay range

$47.00/hr - $82.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, counseling members on health and medication needs, and maintaining confidentiality and documentation.
• Model and guide associates on member service approaches to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, analyze reports, implement loss prevention and safety controls, and oversee quality assurance processes.
• Maintain confidential records per policies and legal guidelines.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive workplace, build strong team relationships, and communicate effectively.
• Act with integrity, uphold high ethical standards, and support Walmart’s values and culture.
