Location: METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER

Biweekly Hours: 8.00

Shift: 6:30am - 4:30pm, M-F

Summary

Provides inpatient pharmacy services at a proficient level of pharmacy practice, upholding the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from a State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution.
• Current Pharmacist License from the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy, and maintains this license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Preferred:

• Pharm.D. degree from a State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution.
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in time management, staff supervision, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulation during the day.
• Extended periods of sitting or standing.
• Normal vision with or without correction.
• Normal hearing with or without correction.
• Finger dexterity for operating office equipment.
• Effective communication via face-to-face, phone, email, and other means.
• Ability to see computer monitors and departmental documents.
