Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team. This role emphasizes clinical tasks, medication reconciliation, and collaborative patient management.

Weekend shifts may include additional responsibilities to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The hospital is a 294-bed acute-care facility serving North Texas, with a focus on advanced stroke and heart attack care, Magnet-designated nursing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Licensed as a registered pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• One year experience preferred.

Job Description

Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Staff Pharmacist position is to perform professional, clinical tasks that will ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical care and results in an optimal patient care. Medication Reconciliation Pharmacist assignments may be included on the weekend shifts.

Your Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
• Licensed as a registered pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• One year experience preferred
