Responsibilities
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing pharmacy support staff.
  • Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel, inventory, financials, and workflow.
  • Manage patient care programs to promote health and wellness.
  • Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and team members.
  • Motivate and develop pharmacy support staff, maximizing strengths and addressing development needs.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and improve performance.
  • Implement solutions effectively by leading team efforts to achieve goals.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
  • No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
