Minimum Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed

• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $60.00 - $76.00

The typical pay range for this role is a base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
