CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate patient care and supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.

You will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, while focusing on customer service and profitability. This role emphasizes lead-with-heart and collaborative problem-solving across the team.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification from an accredited organization.
• No DEA exclusions.
• No pending felony charges involving controlled substances.
• Pharmacy degree (BS in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.).

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, workflow, and loss prevention.
• Contribute to a team culture focused on caring and high-quality patient care.
• Implement patient care programs to keep customers healthy.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Pay Range
$60.00 - $76.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate for a full‑time position in the job grade within which this role falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
