Supporting the Pharmacy Manager and leading your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of your pharmacy including:

Key responsibilities include promoting patient health through care programs, leading with empathy, motivating staff, identifying growth opportunities, implementing solutions, and fostering a team culture focused on caring, energy, and pride.

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 30

Time Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour

This pay range is for base hourly or annual salary, with actual offers depending on experience, education, location, and other factors. The role may include bonuses, commissions, or incentives.
