Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree

Additional Details

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour

The actual salary depends on experience, education, location, and other factors. The role is eligible for bonuses and incentives.
