Role Overview: Our Staff Pharmacists play a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence by acting as role models, demonstrating genuine care, and setting the bar for the pharmacy team. They support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the pharmacy operations, and are responsible for:

  1. Managing patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations;
  2. Overseeing pharmacy operations as the acting pharmacist during shifts without overlap;
  3. Supporting safe prescription fulfillment and following workflow procedures;
  4. Providing compassionate patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams;
  5. Offering immunizations and supporting pharmacy inventory management;
  6. Ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards;
  7. Remaining flexible to meet scheduling and business needs;
  8. Maintaining clinical skills and supporting clinical services where permissible;
  9. Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment;
  • Active National Provider Identifier (NPI);
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Preferred Experience: 1-2 years in pharmacy, retail, or healthcare-related customer service; ability to work at multiple locations as needed.
