  • Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that leverage colleagues' strengths and address development needs.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to developing solutions to drive growth and performance.
  • Implement solutions effectively by leading your team to meet goals.
  • Adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Seek new growth opportunities, collaborate, and aim for better outcomes.
  • Align team efforts around a shared purpose to gain support and commitment.
  • Foster a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
  • Apply your knowledge to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors.
  • Additional functions and physical requirements are detailed in the full job description.
