As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, and be accountable for managing all aspects within your pharmacy, including:

A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is maintaining your customers' and patients' health through patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

  • Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff, leveraging their strengths and addressing development gaps
  • Identify critical business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and improve performance

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour

This pay range is a base hourly rate or full-time salary, with the actual offer depending on experience, education, location, and other factors. The role may include bonuses or incentives.
