As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the pharmacy team, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations
• Overseeing pharmacy operations and supporting the Pharmacy Manager
• Assuming Pharmacy Manager’s duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty
• Supporting safe prescription fulfillment and pharmacy workflow
• Providing compassionate patient care and resolving insurance or medication issues
• Offering immunizations and supporting pharmacy staff in immunization services
• Managing pharmacy inventory, especially cold chain products
• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and policies
• Supporting a safe and inclusive team environment
• Maintaining clinical and technical skills and expanding knowledge
• Providing clinical care services where permitted
• Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Additional Requirements:

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training
• Attention to detail, communication skills, physical ability for pharmacy tasks
• Issue resolution skills and physical capacity for pharmacy duties

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related experience in pharmacy or customer service
• Flexibility to work across locations as needed

Details:

• Anticipated weekly hours: 40
• Full-time employment
• Pay Range: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour, depending on experience and location
