Position Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, and are accountable for managing, overseeing, and operating all aspects within your pharmacy, including:

A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is maintaining the health of your customers and patients through patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

  2. Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues’ strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps
  3. Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
  4. Implement solutions by leading your team to achieve goals
  5. Adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting
  6. Seek new ways to grow, collaborate, and improve outcomes

Required Qualifications
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
Pay Range

The typical pay range is:

$60.00 - $73.00 per hour or salary, depending on experience and location.

This role may include bonuses, commissions, or incentive programs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock purchase plans, insurance, well-being programs, education assistance, store discounts, paid time off, and holidays.
