Role Overview: Our Staff Pharmacists play a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in their pharmacy by acting as a role model, demonstrating genuine care, and setting the bar for the pharmacy team. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the pharmacy team, and be responsible for managing all aspects within your pharmacy.

1. Patient Care: Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
2. Team Leadership: Support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee pharmacy operations during shifts, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
3. Prescription Fulfillment: Support safe and accurate medication dispensing following workflow procedures and safety protocols.
4. Patient Experience: Show empathy, collaborate with healthcare teams, and resolve insurance or medication issues.
5. Immunizations & Clinical Services: Offer immunizations and support pharmacist-delivered clinical care where permissible.
6. Inventory & Compliance: Manage pharmacy inventory, ensure compliance with regulations, and escalate issues as needed.
7. Professional Development: Maintain technical skills, seek learning opportunities, and stay updated with industry changes.
8. Regulatory & Ethical Standards: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure patient safety and a safe workplace.
