Job Purpose and Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent patient care, supporting the pharmacy team, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee pharmacy operations during your shifts, focusing on safe dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and inventory management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations
• Supporting pharmacy performance and team coaching
• Assuming pharmacy manager duties when necessary
• Ensuring safe prescription fulfillment and compliance with workflow procedures
• Providing compassionate patient care and resolving medication issues
• Administering immunizations and supporting team learning
• Managing inventory and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Maintaining clinical skills and supporting clinical services where permissible
• Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Additional Requirements

• Reliable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform job duties

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy or customer service
• Flexibility to work at different locations as needed
