3. Serve as the primary pharmacist when needed, ensuring safe prescription fulfillment and following workflow procedures.
4. Enhance patient experiences with empathy and care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and resolving medication issues.
5. Proactively offer immunizations and support pharmacy technicians in immunization services.
6. Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring compliance and protection of cold chain products.
7. Ensure operations comply with state regulations, escalating issues as necessary.
8. Maintain and expand clinical skills, seeking opportunities for professional growth.
9. Support clinical services like testing and prescribing where permitted, to improve patient outcomes.
10. Adhere to federal and state laws, CVS policies, and maintain a safe, inclusive workplace.
