As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, and be accountable for managing, overseeing, and operating all aspects within your pharmacy. A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is maintaining your customers' and patients' health through adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

• Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues’ strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps

• Implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specific goals
• Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting

Required Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour

This pay range is the base hourly rate or full-time salary, with actual offers depending on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The role may include bonuses, commissions, or incentive programs.
