Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage and options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations and diagnostic testing.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding and dispensing.
