Evening Pharmacist Contract-to-Hire (13 Weeks)
Location: Fairfield, OH
Schedule: Second Shift | 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

A respected pharmacy operation in Fairfield, Ohio is hiring a Pharmacist to work the evening shift on a 13-week temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity for a licensed pharmacist looking to transition into a long-term role while contributing to a high-volume, well-organized team.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading and supporting pharmacy technicians and data entry staff to ensure efficient operations, accurate workflow, and compliance with security procedures

• Reviewing medication orders for accuracy, potential interactions, and patient safety before release

• Supervising the preparation and ordering process of medications handled by technicians

• Monitoring and documenting controlled substances, including Schedule II drugs, and maintaining proper inventory records

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy (mail-order or compounding background is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and leadership within a pharmacy team setting
