We are seeking a dedicated and motivated pharmacist for a full-timeopportunity in Fairfield, OH. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing retail and compounding pharmacy operation. Training will be provided in both non-sterile and sterile compounding.

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Direct Hire

Shift: First Shift

Responsibilities

• Communicate expectations at the beginning of each shift in the absence of a Lead Technician.
• Act as a resource for pharmacy technicians, assisting with problem-solving and task assignments.
• Conduct pre-checks (PV1) and final checks (PV2) of prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide clear patient counseling on medication use, dosage, and side effects.
• Mentor new team members and provide regular performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate medication records and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and protect patient privacy.
• Support research and professional development initiatives.
• Mentor pharmacy students or residents as applicable.

License Requirement: Active OH Pharmacist License in good standing (no restrictions)

Interview Requirement: Must be able to attend an on-site (in-person) interview.
