RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Staff Pharmacist in Indiana. This is an 8-week contract with a chance for direct hire. The pharmacist will work in a Long-Term Care (LTC) mail-order pharmacy environment and be responsible for evening shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.

Position details:
Location: Indiana
Setting: 8-week contract with chance for direct hire
Schedule: Monday Friday, Evenings (1:00 PM 10:00 PM), Rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Provide pharmaceutical care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) mail-order pharmacy setting
Verify prescriptions, ensure accurate dispensing, and offer patient counseling
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Follow all regulations and policies specific to the LTC setting
Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws

Requirements:
Clear and active Indiana Pharmacist license
