RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist for an evening shift contract position at a Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order pharmacy in Franklin, Tennessee. This opportunity offers full-time hours and the potential to transition into a direct hire role. Shift: Monday Friday, 2:30 PM 11:00 PM | Rotating Weekends (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and workflow

• Provide clinical oversight in a high-volume LTC setting

• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient operations

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience (LTC experience a plus)

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working evening shifts and rotating weekends
