Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

Desired qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • Proficiency in a second language (speaking, reading, or writing)

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring stock, inventory, policies, record-keeping, security, sanitation, equipment operation, pricing, and product recalls.
  • Properly handling controlled substances and ensuring legal and company compliance.
  • Utilizing accuracy tools and maintaining proper records.
  • Keeping a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintaining equipment and reference materials, and ensuring staff knowledge and signage are up to date.
  • Continuously improving personal pharmacy skills and knowledge.
