Personalized Skin Solutions, Inc. in Imperial, Pennsylvania, in exclusive partnership with Curology, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to manage non-sterile compounded prescriptions.

The role splits time between the lab and fulfillment, ensuring prescriptions meet PA Board of Pharmacy requirements and overall safety in the compounding process. Leading a large team, the pharmacist will supervise up to 90 lab staff, maintain licensure in good standing, and ensure proper labeling and dispensing prior

Qualifications

• PharmD or RPH from ACPE accredited school.
• Must have Pennsylvania resident pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Ability to become licensed in all required non-resident states (e.g., Nevada).
• Background checks may be required (DOJ/FBI).
• Must be detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process non-sterile compounded prescriptions in the lab.
• Review prescriptions to ensure PA Board of Pharmacy compliance.
• Ensure safety of the team around the lab and fulfillment.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks of products.
• Oversee up to 90 laboratory staff and supervise technicians.
