Job summary

Personalized Skin Solutions, Inc. in Imperial, PA partners with Curology to provide compounded dermatology treatments. The Staff Pharmacist role balances lab compounding and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance for all prescriptions.

You will review orders, label and package medications, maintain licensure, and coordinate with practitioners and couriers to deliver high-quality compounds to patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• PharmD or RPH degree from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Ability to obtain/maintain licensure in other states as required (e.g., Nevada).
• Experience with non-sterile compounding and fulfillment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process non-sterile compounded prescriptions in the lab and fulfillment workflow.
• Review prescriptions for compliance with PA Board of Pharmacy and USP standards.
• Ensure labeling, packaging, and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks on compounded products.
• Maintain licensure in good standing and supervise lab/fulfillment staff as assigned.
• Coordinate with prescribing practitioners and third-party couriers for shipments.
