Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of pharmacist experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of TSBP regulations, USP <795>, <797>, <800>, and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for legality, accuracy, and appropriateness.
• Maintain professional standards for patient safety and dispensing accuracy.
• Provide professional supervision to pharmacy technicians and interns.
