Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a licensed pharmacist to ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and regulatory standards across hospital and retail settings.

You will review medication orders for accuracy, allergies and interactions, and prepare intravenous admixtures following standard protocols. You will provide guidance to staff and patients, maintain confidentiality, and uphold patient safety while collaborating with healthcare teams and working independently when needed.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy degree required.
• Active Michigan Pharmacist license required.
• Hospital setting experience preferred, willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Review and monitor medication orders for accuracy, allergies, and drug interactions.
• Prepare and admix intravenous medications following standard protocols.
• Provide guidance and answer medication-related questions for staff and patients.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams while also working independently when needed.
