Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and counsel patients.
• Oversee pharmacy operations during shifts as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
• Support immunization services and patient care, including testing where permissible.
• Maintain compliant inventory and protect cold-chain products.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Provide empathetic patient experiences and resolve insurance/medication issues.
