Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and staff during shifts as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and immunization services.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Provide compassionate patient care and collaborate with the patient’s healthcare team.
