The Keystone Distinction Group in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a long-term care pharmacy. This full-time role focuses on accurate dispensing, regulatory compliance, and clinical collaboration with healthcare teams.

You will supervise technicians, participate in IV/TPN prep, and contribute to high standards of patient care within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Iowa licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Active Iowa pharmacist license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated professional with a commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to resolve medication questions and provide clinical guidance.
