Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team in Indiana. You will dispense medications, counsel patients, immunize where permissible, and support the Pharmacy Manager in daily operations.
Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety, ensuring accurate prescriptions, and complying with all regulatory requirements while delivering compassionate, hands-on care to communities we serve.
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications, counsel patients, and administer immunizations.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee the pharmacy team during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies for patient safety.
