Job summary

Rx relief is seeking a driven Pharmacist to help shape a pharmacy operation from the ground up in the Fairfield, NJ area. You will own daily workflows, ensure compliance, and drive accurate records with attention to detail.

This role emphasizes energy, mindset, and proactive leadership in a dynamic setting. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no nights or weekends, a $65.00/hour pay rate, and direct hire with relocation/traveler support for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience in any setting.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Retail pharmacy background is welcomed; LTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily pharmacy operations and help design workflow processes from the ground up.
• Maintain strict adherence to pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality assurance standards.
• Exercise high attention to detail in order accuracy, drug utilization, and record-keeping.
• Adapt quickly to shifting demands and learn new systems and workflows.
• Lead with a growth-oriented mindset and contribute to the pharmacy's long-term success.
