Location: Central Pennsylvania

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, primarily days with variable day/afternoon coverage

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and review medication orders
  • Safely and efficiently dispense medications
  • Provide drug information and therapeutic guidance to clinical staff
  • Perform ongoing drug therapy monitoring using surveillance systems
  • Support sterile compounding operations and ensure compliance
  • Prepare high-risk medications, including narcotic infusions and chemotherapy
  • Complete pharmacist-managed consults as assigned
  • Support therapy decisions in ambulatory care settings via recommendations or collaborative agreements
Qualifications
  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • PGY1 residency or at least 3 years of recent clinical experience
  • Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and adaptability across practice settings
