Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs, and maintaining confidential information.
2. Model and provide guidance to the pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches, ensuring concerns are successfully resolved.
3. Understand the business, from inventory control to cost savings for patients to compliance.
4. Engage in community involvement and outreach events.
5. Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
