Position Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will be at the forefront of patient communication, building relationships and advocating for their wellbeing. You will use your clinical knowledge, work to the top of your license, and serve as a community leader within the pharmacy environment, which is fast-paced and well-equipped.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, counseling, processing prescriptions, and administering immunizations.
  • Engage in community outreach and wellness events.
  • Manage inventory, ensure compliance, and model excellent customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality, documentation, and adhere to legal and company policies.
  • Deliver comprehensive patient care and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Support pharmacy staff and foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
