Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

2. Supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading the pharmacy team and overseeing pharmacy operations during shifts.
3. Ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by adhering to workflow procedures and safety protocols.
4. Providing compassionate patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and resolving insurance or medication issues.
5. Proactively offering immunizations and supporting pharmacy technicians in immunization delivery.
6. Managing pharmacy inventory, especially cold chain products, following best practices.
7. Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and CVS policies.
8. Maintaining clinical skills and seeking knowledge expansion to better support patients.
9. Supporting access to care through clinical services like testing and prescribing, where permitted.
10. Adhering to ethical standards, privacy laws, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
