As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the pharmacy team, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Helping to manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations
  • Supporting the Pharmacy Manager and overseeing pharmacy operations during shifts
  • Assuming Pharmacy Manager’s duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty
  • Supporting safe prescription fulfillment and pharmacy workflow
  • Providing compassionate patient care and resolving medication issues
  • Proactively delivering immunizations and supporting pharmacy technicians in immunization services
  • Managing pharmacy inventory, especially cold chain products
  • Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and policies
  • Maintaining flexibility for scheduling and business needs
  • Updating clinical and technical skills and expanding knowledge
  • Supporting clinical services like testing and prescribing where permitted
  • Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment
  • Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
Additional Requirements:
  • Regular attendance, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to complete training within designated timeframes
  • Strong communication, customer service, and team skills
  • Physical ability to perform job duties
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of related experience in pharmacy or healthcare
  • Flexibility to work in different locations as needed
Work Details:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Full-time position
  • Pay range: $60.00 - $74.00/hour, with additional incentives
