Strata Critical Recovery at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, seeks a Staff Perfusionist to join a growing team. The role covers all perfusion-related services in partnership with anesthesia, surgery, and nursing administration.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher, ABCP certification, and completion of an accredited perfusion program, with on-call rotations and a strong commitment to quality patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion education program.
• ABCP Certification or ABCP Board Eligible; Indiana licensure not required.

Aufgaben

• Perform all aspects of perfusion-related services in collaboration with anesthesia, surgery, and nursing administration.
• Ensure safe operation and quality control of equipment, techniques, and procedures.
• Coordinate purchasing of supplies and equipment to maximize efficient utilization.
• Contribute to departmental planning goals and objectives, assisting the director as needed.
• Maintain quality improvement programs in compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation, shared evenly across the team.
