What You'll Bring
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in compliance-driven work.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a dynamic, evolving global organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • Four or more years of experience in paralegal, corporate legal support, compliance, or professional responsibility roles.
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred, particularly within a professional standards, risk management, general counsel, or corporate legal environment.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate entity maintenance, registered agents, annual filings, and foreign qualifications.
