Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Oracle Fusion Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver Oracle Fusion technical solutions, integrations, reporting capabilities, and platform extensions. You will partner with stakeholders to implement enterprise-grade Oracle Fusion solutions aligned to standards.

The role requires deep Oracle Fusion experience, strong integration skills, and the ability to design, test, deploy, and support end-to-end solutions across Finance, SCM, and ERP modules.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle technical development or software engineering experience.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development expertise.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Finance and SCM technical capabilities.
• Proficiency with FBDI, ESS, OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, and BICC.
• Expert level of Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and ORDS.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
• Experience with VBS and App/Page Composer.
• Ability to provide technical direction, code review, and mentoring.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration in Agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop Fusion solutions across Finance, SCM, ERP, and related modules.
• Provide technical guidance for reporting, integrations, extensions, and data movement.
• Develop and support FBDI, ESS, OTBI, BIP, FDI, and BICC solutions.
• Build and review SQL and PL/SQL for Fusion development.
• Develop Oracle Integration Cloud integrations and related SaaS/PaaS capabilities.
• Develop VBS and VBCS extensions as part of Fusion applications.
• Guide Redwood customization and migration efforts as a preferred capability.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with standards.
• Mentor engineers and improve development practices and documentation.
• Partner with product owners, analysts, QA to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex Fusion issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and post-production validation.
