Job summary

DataAnnotation seeks an experienced OB/GYN to help train AI models by evaluating how clinical questions are answered and reasoning is presented. You will measure accuracy and safety, improving each new version of the model.

Open to board-certified OB/GYNs and licensed nurses, NPs, or PAs in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia. Work is remote and on a flexible schedule as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN with at least 3 years of post-residency experience.
• Nurse, NP, or PA licensed to practice clinically in obstetrics and gynecology in the US/UK/CA/AU.
• Hands-on clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Review AI responses to clinical questions with clinician context.
• Rate responses for accuracy, completeness, safety, and usefulness.
• Compare independent responses and log discrepancies.
• Write detailed rationale describing calls and missed points.
• Identify gaps and red flags in model responses.

We are looking for an experienced OB/GYN professional to help train AI models. You will measure how well these models answer clinical questions, check their reasoning, and help raise the quality of each new version. We're currently expanding into an exciting new area: obstetrics and gynecology. You'll help teach AI to reason about conditions in women's health the way a skilled clinician would: reading a presentation, building a differential, and knowing what actually changes management. This opportunity is open to board-certified OB/GYNs and to nurses, NPs, and PAs licensed to practice clinically in obstetrics and gynecology.

In This Role, You May

• Review AI responses to clinical questions alongside the context a clinician would have when answering them
• Rate each response on accuracy, completeness, safety, and usefulness to the person asking
• Compare two independent responses to the same question, decide which one a clinician would rely on, and log each discrepancy
• Write a clear, detailed rationale explaining your call, including what the weaker response still got right
• Pinpoint what model responses miss, misstate, or leave incomplete, from incomplete differentials to missed red flags
