San Antonio Regional Hospital is seeking a dedicated nurse leader to manage critical care patient care using the nursing process. You will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care in a fast-paced ICU/CCU environment.
The role requires telemetry experience, a current California RN license, and BLS/ACLS through AHA. Begin orientation with required critical care updates and courses.

Experience: One year previous Telemetry experience required. Previous clinical experience in ICU/CCU preferred. Critical Care course/update either prior to hire/transfer or within 6 months of hire/transfer.
Knowledge and Skills: Able to work in a fast-paced environment; manage/prioritize/delegate patient care, and complete work assignments and other duties as assigned. Able to communicate effective in English both orally and in writing.
License and Certifications: Current nursing license, state of California, American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS, Basic EKG course or passing 80% or greater on exam to be completed within orientation period and completion of a 12 Lead EKG class either prior to hire/transfer or within 12 months of hire.
