Satellite Healthcare / WellBound in California is seeking a Staff Nurse to join a multidisciplinary dialysis team. You will participate in continuing education, quality assessment, and applying nephrology standards to clinical practice.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, ethical practice, and leadership of interdisciplinary teams. You will engage in professional development and strive to improve care quality and patient experience.

Competenze

• One (1) year of registered nurse experience.
• Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of dialysis nurse experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure and CPR certification.

As a Staff Nurse you will actively participate in professional role development activities, including continuing education, quality assessment and improvement, and the review and clinical application of research findings. The Staff Nurse develops ethically sound practice and confronts ethical challenges through the application of the Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and the state Scope of Practices.

Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

One (1) year of registered nurse experience. Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combination of in‑center, and/ or acute, hemodialysis required

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent

License/Certification

Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records

Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently
