Job summary

The Blake at Biloxi, operated by QSL Management, is seeking a Staff Nurse (LPN) to provide medical treatment, administer medications, and deliver world-class care in a senior living setting.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR and First Aid certifications, and experience in assisted living or long-term care. The candidate should be flexible to work weekends and holidays within a supportive Wellness Leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and be willing to serve others.
• Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Assisted Living or Long-term care experience preferred.
• Current First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within scope and state regulations.
• Provide world class care and service for residents.
• Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Work independently and with a team to organize tasks, document clearly, and follow through on assignments.
• Serve as charge nurse on shift for the personal assistants under the Wellness Leadership team.

We are currently looking for a Staff Nurse for The Blake at Biloxi

Primary Responsibilities of the Staff Nurse:

• Provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within the scope of their applicable board and state regulations for assistant living.
• Provide world class care and service for our residents while remaining flexible and adapt to change.
• Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Work independently (with minimal direct supervision) and with a team to make decisions, organize/prioritize tasks effectively, document clearly, and follow through on assignments.
• Serve as charge nurse on shift for the personal assistants under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team
