Job summary

New Dawn Treatment Centers in Alaska is seeking an experienced registered nurse (RN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) for inpatient care roles. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an Alaska license, have strong documentation skills in EMR/EHR, and excel in patient communication.

Qualifications

• Current LVN or RN license in the state of Alaska.
• Proven experience with substance use disorder clients preferred.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and basic life support.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for effective documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with trauma care or mental health preferred but not required.
