Luminis Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care as part of our clinical team in Maryland. The RN will apply the nursing process, assess learning needs, and develop individualized plans of care for diverse patient populations.

The role requires current Maryland RN licensure, BLS certification, and adherence to credentialing policies. The position includes participation in unit governance and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BLS certification as per American Heart Association.
• Current licensure as RN by Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Adherence to Luminis Health credentialing in nursing bylaws.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates clinical nursing knowledge and skill in the unit.
• Applies nursing process for culturally diverse patients and families.
• Organizes and reprioritizes patient care activities.
• Assess patients to collect data and identify learning needs.
• Develops and updates a plan of care with mutually agreed goals.
• Implements care per standards and evaluates patient responses.
• Demonstrates proficiency in medication administration and pain management.
• Contributes to unit governance and education of new staff.
